• An initial meeting either in person or via web conference going over all your needs and our capabilities.
•  A second meeting in person or via web conference to explain our solution to your website needs and a price quote.
• We collect a 25% deposit to start on the basic design of your site and you supply us with any pictures, video or text files that we may use as content in your website.
• A third meeting via web conference showing you 3 different artwork layouts with minimal content from which you choose 1 that we will make modifications to.
• Upon approval of the layout we collect another 25% deposit and continue to collect more files from you for content on your site.
• If we are contracted to take photographs or shoot and edit video we will begin that process now.
• A fourth meeting via web conference presenting you the new site and discussing any modifications.
• Upon approval of the final modifications we collect the remaining 50% of the project and schedule the final meeting to train you and / or your employees that will be using any of the web based programs (if any) developed for your website.
